| "Carol helped us sell our first home and find our dream home! Carol did an amazing job of guiding us through the process of selling our house. It was our first time selling a house and we felt very comfortable with the process before officially putting our house up for sale, which was a good thing because Carol had our house under contract in less than 36 hours. After our house was under contract we began the process of looking for a new house. Carol showed us nearly 2 dozen homes until we made an offer on a house. We were under contract and things were moving along extremely well until we got the inspection back. The results were unexpected and ended up being a dealbreaker. We were less than 55 days away from closing on the sale of our house and didn't have a place to move into. This is when Carol went into super realtor mode.
